The Good Fruit Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit project of Areté Theological Ministries (EIN 81-2202119), based in San Diego, California. This page explains how we handle information in connection with our website at goodfruit.in.

What we collect

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not run advertising. We do not use tracking pixels or behavioral analytics.

If you use the contact form on our website, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message. That information is used only to respond to you. We do not add you to any list without your consent.

If you make a donation through our donate link, that transaction is handled by a third-party processor (currently PayPal or a partner platform). We receive confirmation of the donation but do not store your payment information.

Social media

We post daily scripture to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Following, liking, or sharing our posts is governed by each platform's own privacy policy. We have no control over data those platforms collect.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may log font requests. We use Cloudflare for hosting and content delivery; Cloudflare processes basic server log data as part of its service. Neither vendor is given personally identifiable information by us.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie as part of its infrastructure. No advertising or tracking cookies are present.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

If you have contacted us and want your information removed from our records, email us at arete.theology@gmail.com and we will do so promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
